Quality Guarantee
15-Day Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. Every purchase is covered by a 15-day limited quality guarantee from the date of delivery against genuine manufacturing defects, including:

• Stitching defects
• Fabric manufacturing faults
• Missing buttons or accessories due to manufacturing
• Incorrect item received
  
  

This guarantee applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused after delivery.

Proof of Purchase

To submit a quality claim, you must provide one of the following:

• Original invoice or purchase receipt
• Order number
• Courier tracking number
  
  

If the original invoice is unavailable, your order number or courier tracking number may be used for verification.

Claims cannot be processed without valid proof of purchase.

Warranty & Quality Claims Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases

Our quality guarantee does not cover:

Improper Washing or Care

Damage caused by:

• Bleaching
• Harsh detergents or chemicals
• Machine drying or ironing contrary to the care label
• Failure to follow the garment's washing instructions

Physical Damage

Products damaged due to:

• Tears, cuts, burns, or stains
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper handling
• Normal wear and tear after use

Alterations

Items that have been:

• Resized
• Altered
• Repaired
• Modified by any tailor or third party

Removed Tags

Claims will not be accepted if:

• Original MH outfit tags have been removed
• Brand labels have been damaged or tampered with
• Security tags (where applicable) have been removed before reporting an issue

Missing Documentation

If you are unable to provide:

• Your order number,
• Courier tracking number, or
• Purchase invoice,

your claim may not be eligible for review.

Inspection Process

Every returned product submitted under our quality guarantee will be carefully inspected by the MH outfit Quality Assurance Team.

After inspection, we will determine whether the product qualifies for:

• A replacement
• An exchange
• A refund
• Or rejection of the claim if it does not meet our policy requirements.

The decision of our Quality Assurance Team will be final based on the condition of the returned product and compliance with these Terms & Conditions.

Order Acceptance

MH outfit reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline any order.
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or payment verification issues.
• Limit quantities purchased per customer when necessary.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be processed.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate.

• Slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings or lighting during photography.
• Product measurements may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process.

Limitation of Liability

MH outfit shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website beyond the value of the purchased item, except where required by applicable law.
