Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, perfumes, or damage.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
• Items must be returned in their original condition.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged or defective product
• The wrong item

MH OUTFIT will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Size Exchange

If your selected size doesn't fit, you may request a size exchange (subject to stock availability).

Return Conditions

To process your return or exchange:

• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
• Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.
  

Refund & Exchange Process
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method used.

Exchanges

After the returned item passes our quality inspection, your replacement item will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to product availability.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, MH OUTFIT will cover the return shipping costs.
• For exchanges requested due to a change of mind or size selection, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
